Sale of StaffPlan Limited to ACS plc

Zenon’s Transaction Services team, led by Richard Price and Lesley Carrington, has advised shareholder Mark Chapman on the sale of StaffPlan Limited (and its subsidiary) to Advanced Computer Software plc (“ACS”).

Working within a wider advisory team, Zenon provided taxation, accounting and due diligence advice to both Mark Chapman and Staffplan Limited to ensure that the deal was concluded within the extremely tight three week timescale.

The sale of StaffPlan Limited to ACS will enable the Company to further develop its innovative range of healthcare software products.
