Sale of Instant Fire Protection to Peverel Group |
Chris Richardson and Ernie Berntsen were delighted to crystallise significant value in the business of Instant Fire Protection Limited by selling to Peverel Group company, Cirrus Building Technologies Limited. Zenon’s Transaction Services team have recently completed post completion transaction accounting and taxation advice work for the former shareholders.
